- Carrot , grated - 2
- Green chillies , cut round or chopped - 2
- Ghee
- Dosa batter
- Heat some Ghee in a nonstick pan.
- Spread a spoon of dosa batter using a deep spoon. .
- Pour the grated carrot on top of the batter.
- spread chopped green chilli over the carrot.
- Spread a little bit of the Ghee .
- Turn it around for a while, so that the batter on top will be cooked.
- Be alert not to burn the carrots.
