Chicken 65

Ingredients
  • Chicken : boneless 1/2 kg
  • Ginger Garlic paste: 2 tsp
  • Chili powder: 2tsp ( according to your spice taste)
  • Turmeric powder: a pinch
  • Corn flour (white): 2 tsp
  • Maida flour : 1 tsp
  • Garam masala: 1 tsp
  • One Egg
  • Lemon juice: 1 tsp
  • Salt: according to your taste
  • Red food color: few pinches (optional)
  • Oil to deep fry( Canola oil is best for health)
  • Onion for garnishing

Method
  1. Clean the chicken and drain any water out.
  2. Beat the egg and put all the dry ingredients like corn flour, maida,ginger garlic paste, chili powder, garam masala,turmeric, food colour is optional and add required salt and mix with chicken.
  3. Try to marinate at least for 2-3 hours in refrigerator.
  4. Deep fry the chicken pieces in hot oil till it become golden brown .
  5. Garnish with onion and sprinkle lime juice before serving .
