Ingredients
- Pine apple pieces - 1 1/2 cups
- Sugar - 1 tbsp or 1 tsp honey
- Water -1 1/4 cup
Method
- Scrap off the skin of the pineapple well and remove the hard core at its center. Cut it into small pieces.
- Blend the pineapple pieces, sugar and water together in a blender and strain the juice.
- Since pineapple is already sweet I used a tsp of honey instead of sugar.
- If you want chill juice add crushed ice cubes .
